Our Process

Learn how we solve big problems and test ideas iteratively.

What’s a design sprint?

A design sprint is a time-constrained yet versatile process that uses design thinking with the aim of reducing the risk when bringing a new product, service or a feature to the market.

The benefits
Validate your ideas

Sprints allow you to get constant feedback throughout the journey, allowing for continual suggestions and the uncovering of any problems by users. We can make tweaks throughout the process, as opposed to having to change everything at the end of the project.

Avoid design debt

Design debt is accrued when all the good concepts or solutions are skipped in order to reach short-term goals. Despite the term’s fast-paced meaning, Sprints allow you to create meaningful designs without rushing and reduces this dreaded long-term risk.

Visibility and alignment

Sprints are especially good for agency / client collaboration. As we iterate, we catch up with you and present our findings and designs, discuss feedback and potential solutions so that our vision stays aligned and you are always kept in the loop.

What does a sprint look like?

Initially we meet with our client to discuss the challenges that they are facing and what they want us to attack first. The design team then convenes and discusses the plan of attack. We then begin our designs, rapidly prototyping.

After the prototype is complete, and depending on the scope of the project, we test with users or send it off to the client for review.

Once feedback is received from the user and/or the client, we begin another sprint.
